Learn About Our MissionOur Mission
Agency Mission & Service Philosophy
Our agency mission & service philosophy is dedicated to the DSPD mission of promoting self-determination and community inclusion. We specialize in providing services that are strictly person-centered.
The Golden Thread Principle
Our philosophy ensures that the individual's personal goals, as identified by their Person-Centered Planning Team (PCPT), are the primary driver of all service delivery and daily documentation.
Excellence & Staff Training
We operate with excellence and rigorous staff training to ensure the highest quality of care through operating policies aligned with Utah Administrative Rule R539.
Rights, Safety & Quality Assurance
We maintain a robust safety net through proactive monitoring and external oversight of Human Rights Committee, Incident Reporting, and Internal Quality Monitoring — complying with DHHS standards.
Emergency Management & Continuity
Our Business Continuity Plan ensures individuals receive uninterrupted support during natural disasters, public health crises, or staffing shortages.
ETINAS Aegis Solutions is prepared to be a stable, high-quality partner for the State of Utah. By blending rigorous compliance with a deep respect for individual autonomy, we provide a home setting where people with disabilities don't just receive services — they thrive in their communities.
